Beef Bourguignon

Beef. Bacon. Wine. Cognac.

Brown the hell out of that beef. Crisp up that bacon. Deglaze the whole darn thing with cognac and then drown everything in wine and let it simmer. Your house will smell amazing.

Beef Bourguignon recipe is primarily from Epicurious with a bit of Julia Child’s original recipe tossed in. It’s a very forgiving dish and almost impossible to mess up. So get in that kitchen! Your friends and family with thank you.
